Here are the policies regarding refund and exchanges:

- If you would like a store credit or exchange, we accept all merchandise that has not been worn and with the original tags and packaging.

- All items are not-refundabe, only exchange and store credit.

- To submit a return/exhange, please email bootybyodely@gmail.com

- You have 21 days after delivery date to return/exchange. After 21 days, no refund or exchange will be accepted. 

- Items for the refund/exchange must be : in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed, no smell (like deodorant, smoke, perfume, sweat etc.) and  no hair on it (humans/animals)

- All items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you without exchange/store credit.

- Everything must be in the same condition then when you received it.

- It's take the same time to return an item then when you ordered it the first time.

- NO REFUND for TRAINING PROGRAMS / CHALLENGE / DIET / PERSONNAL TRAINING

- All waistshaper are considered FINAL SALE , they are considered undergarments so therefore for hygiene reasons we can not accept exchanges after 1 week (7 days). We only do exchange for them (if you got the wrong size). There is no refunds for waistshaper.
